Alerts Issued For Four Minors Reported Missing In DC Area

Four minors were reported missing in the D.C. area on Tuesday, August 9, according to law enforcement.

Tania Outlaw is a 12-year-old black female, 5'1 tall and 100 pounds, who was last seen on August 9 in the 1200 block of Monroe Street, the D.C. Police Department said. She has red hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a multicolored stripe shirt with black flip flops, authorities said.

Naveah Baker was last seen on August 9 in the 100 block of Michigan Avenue, wearing a blue hoodie, with black and pink pants, and tan flip flops with white socks, police said. She is a black female, 4'8 and thin, with black hair and brown eyes, officials said.

Breaniya Todd, 17, is a black female with a tattoo that reads 'WILL' on the right side of her face, authorities reported. She was last seen on August 6 in the 5500 block of Colorado Avenue, police said. She is 5'2, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair in a ponytail, officials said.

David Murphy is a 16-year-old black male, who was last seen in the 4500 block of 7th Street on August 2, police said. Murphy is 5'2, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, according to D.C. police. He was last seen wearing a white tank top and gray sneakers, authorities said.
